What data we process and why
When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you give us (your email, your message and, if you choose it, the type of project) for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote.
We don't use your data to send you advertising and we don't create profiles.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (article 6.1.f GDPR).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we end up working together, for the duration of the business relationship and the periods required by law, such as tax rules. Otherwise, we delete it within one year at the latest.
Who else is involved
We don't share your data with third parties unless required by law. We work with these providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting.
- Web3Forms: delivery of the contact form to our email.
- Google: Google Workspace, for email.
Some of them may process data in the United States, with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format by writing to info@emg.works. If you feel we haven't handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies

- During your visit we store a single technical value in your browser so the intro animation isn't repeated. It can't identify you and is deleted when you close the browser.
- YouTube videos only load when you press "Play film". From then on, YouTube (Google) may use cookies under its own privacy policy.
- The content editing panel, used only by the site owner, uses technical cookies to sign in.
- The experiments in the Lab section (OVERSHOOT and KEYFRAME) save your settings in your browser so you get them back when you return. They stay on your device, are not sent to any server and you can delete them from the site data in your browser.
- The private area of the Lab (LOOKDEV) is protected with Cloudflare Access. Only if you sign in with an authorised email, Cloudflare uses that email to send you an access code and stores a technical session cookie.
