"The Luthier" — Documentary Short & Kinetic Editing

A deeply personal passion project and a foundational piece in our studio's history. The Luthier is an intimate documentary short chronicling the meticulous artisanship of Aleix Hosta during the construction of a bespoke flamenco guitar. Shot over several days of immersive production, we captured the granular details of his trade, focusing on the absolute precision and devotion required in high-end acoustic craftsmanship.

To contrast the traditional nature of the subject matter, we drove the narrative through a kinetic, high-tempo edit. This dynamic visual rhythm mirrors the continuous, physical flow of manual labor. Ultimately, the film serves as a visually arresting tribute to analog craftsmanship—seamlessly blending the raw beauty of the woodworking process with the virtuosity of the maker.
